The resort presents exclusive South- and Southeast-facing apartments, all with magnificent sea views sea. The apartments are available in different models: mid-floor apartments with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; penthouse apartments with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; and penthouses on two floors with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. With almost 320 days of sunshine on the Costa del Sol, an important part of the design is the use of natural light, which is possible thanks to the orientation of the apartments, and the large windows in the lounge. All apartments have an open plan design, with a combined kitchen, dining area and lounge, which opens onto a fantastic terrace. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with access to the terrace. The master bedroom, in the penthouse models, has a private dressing room as well.
The apartments include high-end qualities and brands, with some customisation options available. Other qualities include ducted A/C, Italian designer kitchens equipped with white goods, Smart Home system, video intercom, and a storage room. The town has a population of around 80,000 inhabitants, making it the fifth most populous municipality in the province of Malaga, just behind the capital, Marbella, Velez-Malaga and Mijas.
Founded by the Phoenicians, Fuengirola was occupied by the Romans, Byzantines, Visigoths and Moors among other peoples, until its definitive incorporation into the Crown of Castile in 1485. Nowadays, Fuengirola’s economy is based on tourism with around 250,000 inhabitants during the summer months.
