Nueva Andalucía is one of the five districts that make up the municipality of Marbella. It is located in the western part of the municipal district of the city. It is bordered to the west by the district of San Pedro Alcántara by the river Guadaiza, to the north by Benahavís and Istán via the reservoir of La Concepción, to the east by the district of Marbella Oeste via the river Verde and to the south by the Mediterranean Sea.
The district comprises an area of luxurious, exclusive developments of villas and apartments designed in the traditional Andalusian style among the emblematic golf courses of the Costa del Sol. It is an area that started with the tourist boom where you can find the maximum exponent of tourism on the coast of the province, Puerto Banús.
